The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 341 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 16.05.2015, the informant's daughter while sleeping then co-accused Deepak Tanti called her and handed over to other co-accused Chandan Mahto when informant went to enquire about her daughter then the petitioners being the uncle and cousin of co-accused Deepak Tanti abused and scuffled with the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 16.05.2015, the FIR was registered on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38374 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 19.05.2015, on the basis of written report of 19.05.2015. The thrust of accusation is against the co-accused Chandan Mahto and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the coaccused Chandan Mahto, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No.151 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
