In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/ 40 of the BMMC Rules, 1972.
Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have illegally lifted the sand without proper authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the driver of the tractor and has no criminal antecedent.
