2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 137, 87, 96, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 20.07.2024 at 1 AM (night), daughter of informant, aged about 14 years, went outside, but she did not return and during search, the informant came to know that this petitioner and other FIR named accused persons kidnapped his daughter for illegal purpose.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. During investigation, victim girl was recovered and her statement under

No.20205 of 2025(4) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 Section 183 B.N.S.S. was recorded, in which, she has denied the factum of kidnapping and she has specifically stated that out of her own volition, she left her house and went to the house of her friend. The Court below has assessed the age of victim as 19 years. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the statement of victim girl recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
