In this case, the petitioner is making a complain of violation of order dated 16.07.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12057 of 2012, in which direction was given to take decision with regard to granting age relaxation.

Patna High Court MJC No.4158 of 2014 dt.24-05-2017 2/2 It will be appropriate to quote relevant portion of the order, which read as under:- "The order of the Tribunal dated 13.3.2012 is accordingly set aside and the matter is remanded to the Director, Secondary Education for passing appropriate orders on the issue of age relaxation within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if not earlier.

Needless to state that any further developments with regard to the selection process, in so far as the petitioner is concerned, shall be dependent on such decision that the respondents shall take within the time."

In pursuance of the order of this Court, the Director, Secondary Education vide order dated 17.12.2015 (Annexure-A to the show cause) has granted the age relaxation to the petitioner for appearing in the examination.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped.
