His father died on 30th August, 2012 when he was working under the territorial jurisdiction of Jharkhand State. The grievance of the petitioner for compassionate appointment was rejected in the year 2012 on the score that he had not passed 10th standard Examination. He has passed 10th standard examination in the year 2013. In this backdrop, the present petition is not maintainable with this Court on the issue of territorial jurisdiction. Petitioner has statutory jurisdiction under Jharkhand State. Therefore, the present petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. (P. B.
