The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No.86 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations against the petitioners that they mercilessly assaulted the brother of the informant with iron rod, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67315 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case, the petitioners surrender and seek bail the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
