This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Mohania Police Station Case No. 151 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 267.84 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the tractor of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IVthcum-Special Judge (Excise) No.1, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Mohania Police Station Case No. 151 of 2023.
