2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, three loaded country made pistols, one country made pistol, 07 live cartridges, seven empty-cartridges and one mobile phone have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 23.02.2024.

4. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19510 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Udakishunganj, Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024.

6. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Chousa Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
