Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 504/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner was driver of the vehicle in which deceased was taken away. However, the confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded and in the said confessional statement, he stated that it were other co-accused, who pushed the deceased into river.
