The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016, registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on 12.07.2016 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19493 of 2016 on merit. As such, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
