Patna High Court REQ. CASE No.29 of 2020(5) dt.02-09-2020 2/2 Sri S.D.Sanjay inviting my attention to Clause 9.1 of the agreement dated 10.06.2016 (Annexure-1) states that petitioner has taken recourse to the mechanism provided for resolution of amicable settlement and as such at this stage petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition on the same and subsequent cause of action.

Prayer is allowed with the liberty aforesaid. Petition stands disposed of.
