Mr.Abbas Haider, SC-6 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 22-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent authorities, particularly the UCO Bank, Daniyalpur Branch in the district of Begusarai to immediately release the loan amount in her favour under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojna. She is further seeking a direction to fix the responsibility and accountability of the person concerned who is responsible for creating hurdle in sanctioning the loan in favour of the petitioner under the said Scheme.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9296 of 2021(3) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 The petitioner has not brought on record the said Scheme under which she is raising her claim. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that despite the fact that the petitioner had been approaching the Bank with an application for loan, she had to send the loan application through speedpost. The said submission is not substantiated by any statement made in the writ application.

The petitioner has further asserted that he has put the respondents No. 3 to 6 on a notice under Section 80 of the CPC on 14.12.2020.

On perusal of the materials on record, we are of the view that because of insufficient pleadings on record, this writ petition deserves to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) ( Madhuresh Prasad, J) Rajesh/- U
