The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 120B, 420, 406, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner persuaded the informant and others for deposit in a non-banking company namely Life Line Advisory and Consultancy Private Limited for getting three times interest within one year on the invested amount.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the investment made in 2010-11 the complaint was filed on 12.01.2015, which came to be registered

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37409 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 as police case on 13.06.2015. There is no proof with regard to money being given to the petitioner. The petitioner claims not to be associated with the alleged non-banking company. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that the informant and others were cheated as the money was collected from informant and others. Considering the delayed lodging of the complaint and nothing on record to suggest that the payment was made to the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 332 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
