The petitioner, namely, Sikandar Choudhary @ Shikwa is in custody since 20.09.2015 in Samho P.S. Case No.31 of 2015 under Sections 454, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the prosecution case, from the house of this petitioner, some theft article of the informant has been recovered which was identified by the petitioner. The article recovered is said to be one small locket of looking like gold, saree, paint, bedsheet and Rs.1500. The petitioner is in custody for about 11 months.

In view of the above facts, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
