JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 08-08-2023 Heard Mr. Vyas Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Madhaw Pd. Yadaw, learned GP-23 appearing on behalf of the State and Mrs. Prakritita Sharma, learned counsel for the Magadh University.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Magadh University submitted that petitioner may file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University along with all the records and evidences in support of his claim.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that he has no objection and he will advise

Patna High Court CWJC No.5994 of 2023 dt.08-08-2023 2/2 the petitioner to file a detailed representation for getting his grievance redressed with respect to payment of retiral dues and fixation of his pension as a result of upgradation in his salary and all other dues as claimed by the petitioner.

4. The Registrar of the Magadh University is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and the claim as payed for in the present writ petition within a period of six weeks and ensure payment on account of all the retiral dues which has not been paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid period along with applicable rate of interest till date of payment.

5. In case, the Registrar of the Magadh University fails to abide by this order then the petitioner is at liberty to take legal action against him.

6. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
