The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No.380 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation of recovery of stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner and for that another case has been lodged.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in another case, petitioner has been granted bail and he is in custody since 06.07.2018.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62054 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 the petitioner at this stage. But once charge has been framed, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sanjeev/- U T
