2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 310(4), 310(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been caught with a country made pistol along with three live cartridges. The allegation against the petitioner is of making preparations along with other accused persons to commit a dacoity.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2024. He further submits

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar/concerned Court below in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i).

The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Tariyani Chapra Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
