The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Allegedly, 60 bottles of 300 m.l. each containing illicit liquor have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 19.07.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
