The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.906 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections420, 406, 467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he provided Mobile number of the vendor and also he motivated the informant for purchase of the land, which does not belong to Dinanath Singh and except that there is nothing against the petitioner and neither he is witness of the sale-deed nor he is identifier.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the aforesaid facts, I
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9910 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below and passed appropriate order on its own merit, if possible on the same day, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
