The present application seeking to renew prayer for bail is made in view of the liberty granted to the petitioner to approach this Court after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now charge has been framed on 15.09.2018 and the petitioners have already been in custody since 30.03.2018 and they are willing to appear in Court as and when required. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on
