2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 447, 307, 379, 354B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner No. 3 gave iron rod blow on the shoulder and back of son of the informant and petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are alleged to have given farsa blow on the head of the informant. Doctor has found the injuries caused by these petitioners to be simple in nature. Case and

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

5. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P. S. Case No. 563 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
