Petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura P.S. Case No.517 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 385, 324, 307 and 504/34 Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of causing injury to the informant with knife and also making demand of Rangdari. Injury report of the injured has been enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein, doctor has found all the injuries simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 10.07.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63103 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.517 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
