2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.Case No. 586 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b) a 26,35 of the Arms Act.

3. On e stolen motorcycle, mobile and live cartridges etc were recovered from accused persons in Rainbow field. The petitioners gathered to commit loot and were caught by the police.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2023. The petitioner no. 1

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22960 of 2024( 2 ) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 has clean antecedent and petitioner no. 2 has got one criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioners are directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in Kankarbagh P.S.Case No. 586 of 2023.
