JUSTICE RAMESH CHAND MALVIYA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier bail application of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28916 of 2024 with following observation:

"The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year."

2. But, petitioner wants to seeks permission to withdraw this application and wants to renew his prayer for bail before the trial Court.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21054 of 2025(5) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for regular bail before the trial Court and the Trial Court may consider his prayer for bail without being prejudiced of this order.
