Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections-498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the victim lady had also subsequently succumbed to injuries, this Court finding that the death had taken place within 7 years of her marriage and the petitioner is the husband now facing charge of Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code, is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
