====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 Prayer is made by learned counsel for the petitioner for time. On 09.07.2015 the Court had recorded that though time had been granted on prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner for filing supplementary on 02.05.2014 but the same was not done. The Court had also recorded that the prayer made for time was not reasonable. It was further recorded that as a last indulgence, the matter was being adjourned. To an offer made to the learned counsel appearing to assist the Court, the same is declined.

In view of the fact that the Court, on the last

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14791 of 2013 (4) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 occasion, had given last indulgence and also that time had been taken for filing supplementary which has also not been done, the Court can only presume that the petitioner is not serious in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.
