A second supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner, in which, at para-5, he has stated that on 18.02.2022, the Director of Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna has issued letter no.630 to set aside the order and letter no.51 dated 20.2.2021 of D.P.O., Munger (impugned order vide Annexure-3) and further stated his educational/training

Patna High Court CWJC No.9602 of 2021(4) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 certificate is genuine and valid and it is thus submitted that this amply demonstrate that the petitioner was falsely implicated based on surmises and conjectures and the petitioner is not guilty rather innocent and respondent no.2 has also directed for payment of pension to the petitioner but the petitioner is not getting payment of pension from January, 2021 to till date. 3.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the respondent no.4 is directed to comply the order of Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

It is made clear that if the order is not complied within the aforesaid period, the respondent no.4 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of the present order. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
