2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation in the first information report is that of assaulting the informant by means of iron rod and pistol resulting injury to the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the occurrence has taken place on account of a petty dispute with regard to parking of truck near a breakfast stall and the injury report of the informant has been annexed as Annexure-2 to this petition and is also part of the case diary. From the injury report, it would be evident that the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19549 of 2025(3) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 has received two injuries in the nature of abrasion and bruise which were caused by hard and blunt substance and simple in nature. It is further submitted that no offence under Section 307 of the IPC is made out against the petitioner. Further, petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 60 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
