The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016 registered under Sections 406,409,420,467,468,471,120B of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8044 of 2017 (4) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier also the informant has lodged an FIR bearing no. Auri P.S. Case No. 256 of 2014 leveling same allegation in which the petitioner Shailendra Prasad Rai, has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge vide Annexure 2 to the present application. Also nothing has come during enquiry regarding excess payment. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
