2. The petitioner, who is a Panchayat Teacher working at Middle School, Mehdauli, Block- Bhagwanpur, District- Begusarai, has filed the instant writ application for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to make payment of her salary from December, 2021 up till now.

3. Since the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and

Patna High Court CWJC No.4683 of 2023(4) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty.
