This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner threw bricks upon the informant and caused head and finger injuries. From perusal of the injury report (Annexure-2) it appears that the doctor has found the injuries to be simple in nature. It is also mentioned in the case diary that the occurrence took place for watering the land. The petitioner is a lady.
