At an earlier occasion in the background of criminal antecedent, prayer for bail was rejected vide Cr.Misc. No. 1482/2018 by order dated 12.01.2018 (Annexure-1). Considering the period of custody, petitioner, Prince Kumar Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions JudgeAraria in connection with Special Case No. 22/2017 (Arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 735/2017.
