2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 329(3), 126(2),115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 117(2), 103(1), 74, 352, 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioners and Daroga Bhuiyan are the order givers. Satish Bhuiyan, Anish Bhuiyan, Nitesh Kumar have assaulted the deceased and the injured.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the husband and wife and are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21127 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 in custody since 17.11.2024. There is case and counter case also.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VII, Aurangabad/concerned Court in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024.
