The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 409 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The main allegation is that the fund of 13th Finance Commission was allotted for Anganwari Sevika which was utilized for solar lump and hand pump.
Submission of the petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused Ram Padarath Paswan and Ram Nandan Paswan have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 29165 of 2016 vide Annexure-2.

No.14658 of 2017 (2) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/successor Court in connection with Ballia Police Station Case No. 230 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
