The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 144,188,341,435,353,427,504 and 120B of the IPC. The prosecution case as per the written report of Circle Officer-cum-BDO, Madhuban submitted to the SHO, Madhuban Police Station is to the effect that on 15.9.2017 one Heera Sharma, an electric mechanic got electrocuted while repairing some electric connection. On which the mob made protest on the suspicion of negligence on the part of power supply authorities. It is alleged that 19 named accused persons and 100150 unknown people made protest of the same and assaulted the police personnel causing injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61891 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 the basis of CCTV footage the accusation has been levelled but the accusation is not specific against the petitioner. Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the accusation against the mob, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.244 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
