JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 11.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61755 of 2018 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now charge has been framed and he has been in custody since 8.2.2018 and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him for grant of bail.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VIII, Siwan, in connection with Raghunathpur
