Petitioner, Raushan Kumar, is in custody since 30.04.2016 in Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 registered under Sections, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47 and 54 of the Excise Act.

According to prosecution case, from the possession of the petitioner, 23 bottles of Nepali wine of 300 ml. each have been recovered.

Considering the quantity of recovery and the period of detention, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.
