The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.29 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act. .
Allegation is recovery of country-made pistol and one live cartridge.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and from para 2 of the case diary itself shows that one Manoj Kumar has thrown pistol and cartridges and nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62072 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.29 of 2018, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
