This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Parsa Bazar PS Case No. 201 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he along with other miscreants entered the house of the informant and looted gold ornaments and cash. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that so far as the description
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18955 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 in the fardbeyan the miscreants were in the age group of 20-25 years but the petitioner is aged 34 years. Petitioner was remanded in the case on 31.10.2018 and he is in custody since then. He further submits that till date petitioner has not been put under T I Parade.
Considering the fact that petitioner has not been put under T I Parade and has remained in custody since 31.10.2018, this application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar PS Case No. 201 of 2018.
