This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Chauri P.S. Case No.32 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this application.

This application, accordingly, stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to surrender before the court below, in connection with Chauri P.S. Case No.32 of 2015, within a period of two weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by dismissal of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
