Petitioner, Gandharv Kr. Jha, is in custody since 25.08.2015 in Kharik P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3.

It is alleged that from possession of the petitioner, one country-made pistol and five live cartridges were recovered. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period of detention of about one year, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Naugachia (Bhagalpur) in connection with Kharik P.S.
