Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-457, 380/411 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have been caught by the informant when he had entered in a house to commit theft but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is labourer and as a matter of fact, a dispute took place between the petitioner and the informant who happens to be mason on the point of payment of wages and after that, the informant lodged this false case. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 12-03-2016. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be
