In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kawakola P.S. Case No.115 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court has called for the F.S.L. report, which indicates that the victim has died on account of administering of the 'celphos'. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
