The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has specifically stated that out of her own sweet will, she went with co-accused Ajay Kumar and solemnized marriage with him and wants to live with him, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners, who are only alleged to have assisted co-accused Ajay Kumar in kidnapping daughter of the informant, is allowed.

No.22836 of 2022(3) dt.10-11-2022 2/2 Let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
