The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagalpur GRPS P.S. Case no. 20 of 2016, registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that it would appear from the F.I.R. that one Brajesh Mandal was apprehended by the Police on the spot later on, he disclosed the name of this petitioner as his associate. Except that there is nothing on the record to show his involvement in the occurrence.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of
