JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2017 This matter has come up under the heading 'to be mentioned' for correction in the order dated 11.05.2017. Learned counsel submits that he had not pressed the application for bail on behalf of the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 as they had already surrendered.

It appears that due to inadvertence it has been mentioned that all the four petitioners are granted bail, whereas only petitioner no. 3, Sanaullah, was granted bail by this Court. Accordingly, the order dated 11.05.2017 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
