The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.32 of 2016 registered under Section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention o Atrocities) Act. Regard being had to the undue and unexplained delay of three days caused in instituting the FIR, the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, SC/ST, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.23 of 2016.
