The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The offence alleged is murder. However, petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The F.I.R. named co-accused Vikash Kumar and another have been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. Case no. 29489 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9744 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Barh, District-Patna/successor court in connection with Bahadur P.S. case no. 12 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
