30.09.2015 The Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 06.07.2015 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 1085 of 2013 to the extent that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar had allowed maintenance to the Opposite Party No. 1 as well as 2 in Maintenance Case No. 125 of 2004 but this Court had noted only about the Opposite Party No. 2. The order is modified to the aforesaid extent. The Modification Application stands allowed.

Let this order be communicated to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kathiar in connection with Maintenance Case No. 125 of 2004.
