Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal revision petition as the same has become infructuous for the reason that matter has been compromised between the parties in pending criminal case against "one time payment."

The learned Family Court is directed to verify the facts in view of the submissions as advanced by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and if, the matter has not been settled in terms of submissions as advanced, learned court is free to take all legal steps to recover the arrears

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.278 of 2017(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 in terms of the impugned order dated 17.12.2016. In view of the above, the present criminal revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, however with aforesaid observations.
